Fees

Once instructions are completed (after your first appointment) or at the onset when services are agreed we take payment of the agreed fees. In the main we aim to deliver documents within the following week or within 14 working days as per our Terms of Business. Where we use external partners for example "barrister services" the time to deliver the requested service will likely increase and this would be explained when taking your instructions and is covered in our Terms of Business. We will commence work when your payment has been received.

We are members of the Society of Will Writers and are governed by and comply with their Code of Practice. Additionally we have arrangements in place to deal with the Conduct of the business in the event there is death or prolonged incapacity with any key member of staff that could impact on the delivery of our service to you.
